Our gourmet cooking class is for people who already love food and want to go deeper. Maybe you've taken a cooking class before. Maybe you watch alot of food documentaries. Maybe you just really, really love chocolate. This class is for you.

You'll learn proper tempering techniques — the kind that professional chocolatiers use. We'll talk about cacao origins, flavor profiles of different Peruvian cacao varieties, and how altitude in the Quillabamba valley affects the taste. Then you'll create your own flavor combinations using ingredients like Cusco chili peppers, Amazonian fruits, and Andean herbs.
