Safe for Celiac and Gluten Sensitivity

If you have celiac disease or gluten sensitivity, finding safe cooking classes while traveling can be stressful. Heres the good news — our entire gluten-free cooking class is safe for you. We don't use any wheat, barley, or rye in our workshop. Never have, never will.

Our ingredients are simple: organic cacao from the Quillabamba valley, cocoa butter, sugar, and natural toppings. No cross-contamination with flour-based products because we simply don't have any in the kitchen.

We're in San Blas, near the Iglesia de San Blas church. Many of our students stay at hotels along Calle Tandapata or near Plazoleta San Blas.
