Chocolate Is Already Vegetarian

Heres the thing most people don't realize — our whole workshop is vegetarian by default. We use organic cacao from the Quillabamba valley, cocoa butter, sugar, and a variety of Andean toppings like quinoa puffs, dried golden berries, and maca powder.

If you've been searching for a vegetarian cooking class in Cusco, you don't need a special menu here. Everything we make is plant-friendly. The only non-vegan ingredient we use in our standard recipes is butter in some of the ganache fillings — and we have vegan alternatives for that too.

Alot of our students come from the Sacred Valley or are staying in hostels around San Pedro market. They're happy to find a cooking class where they dont have to worry about meat or fish.
