We know what your thinking — "vegan chocolate probly doesn't taste as good." Wrong. Our vegan cooking class uses organic chuncho cacao from the jungle near Cusco, and natural sweeteners. The result is smooth, creamy, and honestly? Some people prefer it over the dairy version.

We started offering vegan options because so many travelers in Cusco asked for it. Backpackers coming from Ollantaytambo, families staying near the Mercado Central, couples on honeymoon — everyone wants plant-based these days. And we listened.
