We started offering vegan options because so many travelers in Cusco asked for it. Backpackers coming from Ollantaytambo, families staying near the Mercado Central, couples on honeymoon — everyone wants plant-based these days. And we listened.
Every ingredient is clearly labeled, and our chef explains what goes into each recipe. No hidden dairy, no eggs, no honey. Just pure plant-based goodness.
